# Privacy Policy SeeChina Entry Check is a deterministic rule tool. Runtime evaluation does not call an LLM, fetch live policy, or write a traveler database. ## Dify plugin and local SDK - The plugin and `visa` SDK do not send passport ISO codes, destination cities, or outputs to third-party services. - They do not use network access, external APIs, databases, persistent storage, or LLM calls at evaluation time. - Inputs are processed only in memory for the duration of the invocation. - Policy source URLs are static references returned as metadata and are not fetched at runtime. ## Hosted HTTP API When this project is deployed as an HTTP origin (Vercel or an API marketplace gateway), the same engine still evaluates `passportIso`, `city`, and optional `locale` in memory for the duration of the request. The function does not store those fields. The hosting platform and any marketplace gateway in front of the origin may log request metadata according to their own policies (URL, headers, timestamps). Do not put passport numbers, names, or other identity documents in this API: the public questionnaire is jurisdiction code plus destination city only. Callers must confirm requirements with the official `sources` returned in each response before travel. This API is not an official immigration determination. ## ChatGPT Plugin The ChatGPT Plugin sends only the passport issuing-jurisdiction code, destination city, and selected result language to the hosted `/mcp` endpoint. The plugin is anonymous and read-only. SeeChina Entry Check does not require a user account and does not store these fields in a traveler database. ChatGPT and the hosting platform may process conversation or request metadata under their own terms and privacy policies. Users must not enter passport numbers, names, dates of birth, document images, tickets, or other personal information into this tool.
