# SeeChina Entry Check Support

For technical problems, incorrect city matching, or suspected policy-data
issues, open an issue in the project repository:

When reporting a policy issue, include the passport issuing jurisdiction code,
destination city, returned `rule_id`, `policy_version`, and the relevant official
source URL. Do not include passport numbers, names, dates of birth, document
images, tickets, or other personal information.

SeeChina Entry Check cannot provide individual legal advice, issue visas, guarantee
boarding, or make an immigration decision. For an individual case, contact the
responsible Chinese embassy or consulate, airline, or entry authority.
