# SeeChina Entry Check Terms of Use Effective date: 2026-08-27 SeeChina Entry Check provides a preliminary, deterministic decision aid for short-stay travel to mainland China. It is not a Chinese government service, an official immigration determination, legal advice, or a visa-application service. ## Use of the service You may use the service to review a possible entry route based on a passport issuing jurisdiction, mainland China destination city, and selected language. Do not submit passport numbers, names, dates of birth, scans, account credentials, or other identity documents. Results must be read together with every returned condition. Visa-free transit and regional visa-free routes apply only when all stated itinerary, document, port, time, and activity-area conditions are met. Border-control and consular authorities make the final decision. ## Accuracy and availability The service uses a versioned policy snapshot and links to official sources. Immigration policies and their implementation can change without notice. Before booking or travel, confirm the current requirements with the official sources, the responsible Chinese embassy or consulate, airline, and entry authority. The service is provided as available and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. No guarantee is made that a result is complete, current for every individual circumstance, or accepted by an airline or border authority. ## Acceptable use Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, or present its results as an official government ruling. ## Privacy and support See the public Privacy Policy and Support page for data-handling and contact information.
